Workplace Innovation and Impact Team
The Workplace Innovation and Impact Team fuels responsible development of AI including innovations in AI-enabled Cornell teaching and learning, and the effective transformation of Cornell administration and operations.
WIT is co-led by Ayham Boucher, Executive Director of AI Strategy and Innovation; Kathryn Burkgren, associate vice president for organizational development and effectiveness, in the Office of Human Resources; and Ben Maddox, Cornell chief information officer.
Cornell Generative AI in Administration Task Force Report
The Administrative AI Task Force was established with representatives from diverse administrative units, including external affairs, finance, budget, human resources, research and education administration, information technologies, audit, library, eCornell, and facilities, across central and distributed departments in Ithaca, Cornell Tech, and Weill Cornell Medicine (New York and Doha), to evaluate AI for administrative purposes.
